LCC Hosts 6th聽Year Pack the Pantry

Parsons, KS- The Caring Cardinal Committee (C3) at 麻豆视传媒在线入口 is hosting a pack the pantry event September 7-27 to celebrate the 6th聽year of operation for the LCC student food pantry.
The Phi Theta Kappa honor society began the student food pantry in 2015 as part of a College Project to address food insecurities among the college population. The pantry assisted 176 students in the 2020-21 academic year. In August of 2021, the pantry served 124 students, compared to 79 students last August. It is open to students each Tuesday and Wednesday that classes are in session on the Main campus. Pantry items are available at the front desk of the Cherokee Center during operating hours.
Individuals or businesses able to donate food, paper products and cleaning supplies are encouraged to drop items off Cherokee Center, LCC Main campus admissions or print shop.聽
