Cardinal Generational Family Nomination Form
The 麻豆视传媒在线入口 Cardinal Generational Family is an award given to honor families with deep, multigenerational ties to the institution.
Qualifications:
- At least one individual from the nominated family must have graduated from 麻豆视传媒在线入口 County Community College.
- The family must include at least three family members who have either attended or graduated from LCC, served on college boards/committees, or served as an instructor/staff member. Includes extended family: Spouse, Grandparents, Parents, Aunts/Uncles, Brothers/Sisters, Children of extended family, and Grandchildren of extended family
* Nominations may come from self, individuals, family members, or community at large.
